I made an account with Saveology because they said i'd get a 2 day free trial - then I'd get billed the monthly amount (9.99). I wanted to see what it was about and I realized I didn't like it and I wanted to cancel my account. Plus, they charged my checking account right away, when I thought I was supposed to get a 2 day free trial. They didn't have the option to cancel your account online, and they didn't have a number available. So i googled it, and found a number. They transferred me to another number, then another, then another. I probably called 5 different numbers related to Saveology. They all told me I had to call a different number. Finally, I found a lady that had more to say about it. Except she started arguing with me about it when all I wanted was to cancel my account, she tried to get me to stay with them and rambled on about all the deals. All i want is my account removed!!! I was put on hold and she came back to give me this case number. I said what am I supposed to do with it...she said it's reference that we had this phone conversation. Okay? So I asked if my account was deleted she said "well its in progress, we took the first step" wtf? She said I should get a call about it in a day or two. I feel like she was bullshittin me. I read about this website online and they said they spam you. I do not want to pay 10 bucks a month for this crap! I want it deleted! if it doesnt get deleted what do I need to do to make sure I never get charged again? Please help!

See if your bank will agree to block all future bills from this company. This "Saveology" site is not trustworthy enuf to have access to your bank account. Then go to the scam-warning websites to warn others. ripoffreport.com, complaintsboard.com, viewpoints.com, trustpilot.com, scam.com, sitejabber.com. Sometimes Saveology will give you your money back to get you to stop warning others.

You might have to pay the Post Office for a registered letter to Saveology canceling your account and telling them they are not authorized to debit your bank account.

you need to immediately mail them a certified letter stating the information needed to close the account. keep copies for yourself. date the letter you'll get charged and be responsible to pay the fees per your original agreement until they receive hard copy proof of your cancellation. makr sure you get a return receipt when you mail at p.o. so you can prove they were sent letter should the issue not resolve and go to court.

I'm now not certain if which you could get your a reimbursement. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE close DOWN THAT ACCOUNT. You could get charged more than was once anticipated, and if your card has been shut down, they cannot cost you anymore. Just shut the cardboard by way of CALLING YOUR credit card manufacturer.
