All my loan applications, credit card applications etc have been rejected by banks and other lenders since about 1 year. I always use to maintain a healthy balance in my 2 bank accounts, and make all the payments on time. I cant find out the reason why. when I checked a credit report from credit expert, it says a bad credir record of a previous tennant (I have not even seen him) is effecting. How can I get rid of this. To whom I shall inform that this is not relavent to me? Pls help.

previous tennant? did you rent an apartment with someone at one point in time?

if that entry on your credit report is wrong or not yours, you need to contact Tranunion and/or Equifax to get it deleted.

Its really hard to differentiate the good from the bad in this place.Could you imagine with all my heart,I responded to a lender's post who claim to give out loans.Could you beleive at the end of the day,the guy ripped me off of more than a thousand dollars ?? I was soaked in debts and do not know what to do next. What a world that some people out there want to take advantage of the needy. If not for the swift response of Mrs Sherry Abass Of Cherish Fundings INC,I would have being a bye gone because I had made up my mind on committing suicide. With just a token fee I pay to settle for the transfer charges of my loan, after 24 hours,my approved loan of $5000 was transferred to me !! Besides though at first i was scared again by Mrs Sherry Abass Fee for transfer, but for the references that testified good of her,I gave a trial, and as God should have it,I am free from financial mess. Reach her via email now at "cherishloanconsultants@live.com " and tell her Ms Kelly Jean from Toronto reffered you and your financial problem too would be solved at most in 24 to 48 hours. Thanks for reading.

Looks like you are keep applying even if you applications got rejected. That also affects your credit score. If you see any rejection, you better look at the reason. You may not have sufficient credit score to get the credit you are applying for. Bank accounts does not help in building your credit score. But it definitely helps to screw up credit score if you do any mistakes.

You should follow the below steps.

1. Get a bank secured credit card from the bank where you have accounts. That will help you building your score.

2. If you did not have any problem with the previous tenant, write it to credit agency with sufficient proof.

My good friend,..you may be over the limit,..allowable for the amount of credit you have,..

The lenders rates you accorcing to how much you owe,..

If you are using your credit card as a source for credit,..How much you owe,..and how much you

are earning yearly,..be the ticket,..!

If you've got credit cards and you have your limits stated,..Are you anywhere near the limit,..??

If you've got a $5,000.00 and you have a balance owing of $1,000.00 you should be able to bor-

row $3,850.00. For the,..a determined length of time at a stated interest rate,..How much do

you want to borrow,..?? Because if you want a lot more,..this could be your problem,..You

need to be earning a sufficient amount,..in order to receive better credit,..And,..shop around

for a an additional credit card,..ask for a higher limit,..for better interest and the highest am-

ount you may borrow,..For the given time X rate you'd want to jump for it,..

You are entitled to one free credit report from each agency each year. The only way to obtain this free report is from annualcreditreport.com.

Also anytime you are denied credit you are entitled to get a report.

Check annualcreditreport.com and see if there is any derogatory information there.

You should contact the credit referencing agency - they are meant to credit reference PEOPLE not addresses.
