You can use your cousin’s credit card to make a purchase or pay a company over the internet as long as he approves. However, the company that you are paying does not have to accept your payment unless it is coming from your uncle directly. Also, if for any reason a dispute between you and your uncle should occur in the future as to whether or not you had such permission, and he informs his credit card company that the charges are not authorized; you could be arrested for fraud. I suggest getting his written permission in writing before using his credit card.

It is illegal to use somebody else's credit card though he might have authorized . It is akin to withdrawing somebody's money in his account by forging his signature . No law approves this . Besides the person who allows such use , may refuse to ratify the action at the crunch time .

As long as the card holder approves, and will pay the bill, there's no problem.
