ICICI has these aadvantages..... they dont charge any annual fees and they have branches all across the country and u can make your payments etc. any where. I am unaware of annual charges by HSBC, but they are not present in many cities and u might have trouble meeting up with them. Regarding the other charges and interests all companies are equally bad. Again you cannot compare a debit and credit card usage. If your account is full of money then u dont have to think of credit card. Use the credit card for emergencies, convenience etc. and do not use it as if u were getting something free. If you can gather information on annual payments, interest charges, cash withdrawal and its interest, other charges or service charge of both the cards, then u can compare them. If the purpose of the credit card is only for applying tickets online, then u should think of the netbanking facility provided by ICICI.
