Original Creditor = HSBC Bank
Junk Debt Buyer / Collection Agency = PRS
Lawyer for Collection Agency = Love, Beal, Nixon

I was sued in civil court by Love, Beal, and Nixon on behalf of PRS. PRS purchased a debt from HSBC bank that was supposodly mine. After several months of fighting the lawsuit was dismissed by Love, Beal, and Nixon "without prejudice" since they could not produce the original signed contract.

There are 2 negative entries on my credit report for this debt. Once from HSBC and one from PRS.
What do i need to do to get them removed frrom my credit report?

Actually, you can have the debt remove from your credit reports just by presenting the dismissed court docs to the bureaus. Send it with a letter stating that the information was incorrect and you want it Deleted from your report. This is enough proof to get PRS removed.

Since the account is a stale account with HSBC, due to them selling it, look at the account on your report and if there is any Misinformation on the tradeline, dispute it! They have 30 days to respond. They mostly likely will not because it is archive. Then the account (HSBC) will be removed as well.

Since it was dismissed, it no longer belongs on your credit report. You can call the credit bureau that is reporting this and tell them it was dismissed and doesn't exist. They have 30 days to either say the debt still exists or it doesn't. Because the debt doesn't exist, they have to take it off your credit report.

Most of them will stay on record for 7 years, so its better to check with the credit bureau for answers.
