I haven't had a problem with Matrix Card, but now they changed from Discover to Master Card. I have a different card and account number and I normally pay through my banks bill pay section. When I tried entering the new account number my bill pay wouldn't accept it. I don't want to give these people my checking account number.

I've been doing this since Oct... Call the customer service number on the card and explain to them that their system in not allowing you to pay online as you customarily do. Ask that the rep or their supervisor accept your payment over the phone and waive the fee due to their inability to provide a seamless transition during this merger taking place (ie: your billpay not working and your payment being kicked back). The fact that they are impeding on our ability to use the card and pay for use the way it was designed to be used and also outlined in their contact as a service they provide is a breach of contract. I'm about to involve the BBB and the FTC if this company doesn't figure out how to resolve these problems that have surrounded this change from being Discover to being Mastercard.

You have to register your new card and then you'll have access to pay your bill online. Or you can do the following:

Western Union - go to your nearest Western Union branch and use the following information: Send To: Continental Finance Code City: Go for Gold State: DE Acct#: Your 16 digit card number

MoneyGram: go to your nearest MoneyGram branch and use the following information: Receive Code: 5854 Acct#: Your 16 digit card number

If your lawyer has advised you not to speak to them, why are you still doing this. Every time you answer their calls, if you say something like this, youre confirming a debt, you have to stop. Do you have caller Id. Dont answer phone nos. you dont recognize. If they ever do take you to court, theres nothing to collect, theres no income, no money, no assets. they cant get blood from a turnip, sure theyre will be a judgement but you dont know who will win or if it will ever go to court. My dad he always used a wise quote when I would get worried about things. (Sweetheart, dont worry so much if its gonna rain, its gonna rain, whether you expect it or not, so let it happen, and worry about it, when it happens). Good luck!!!
