I get a ton of email everyday exhorting me to get rid of my credit card debt by using some loophole in the law. Does such a loophole exist? Can I really get away without paying a cent?

You have to pay for this "loophole". It's bogus. The only means of (legally) skipping on unsecured debt is bankruptcy. Don't buy into it.

I dont know about "not paying a cent", but I do know that those .CCC programs DO work!! Just gotta stick to it. Have faith. IF I can do it- I was once the queen of unsecured debt- anyone can.

If you are getting the information from email, it is a scam. Only option is bankruptcy. Send to trash.

Its called bankruptcy and have seen some that mean they are a nonprofit organization that they wont charge you to go through them to setup payments to the creditors. the creditors pay them to get a guarenteed payment.
